An award-winning company with many multi award winning venues is opening up a new upmarket Smokehouse BBQ Restaurant and is seeking a Sous Chef

The restaurant will offer high quality fresh food including a range of BBQ dishes and freshly made stone baked pizzas

This restaurant will be open for breakfast , lunch and evening meals and will become a very popular Peak District eatery. It will be 60 covers as the chef brigade with be 6 chefs.

Sous chef skills required:

Fresh food background- experience in BBQ foods and Home made pizza ideally
Passion for food
Must be able to run the kitchen in chefs absence Brigade of 6
Must be hands on
Experience of running a fresh food restaurant
Good financial knowledge
Must be willing to work weekends
experience of menu writing and costings

This position offers the successful Sous Chef a salary of £38,,000 and a chance to join a incredibly very successful company
